Green Valley Farmers Market

Vendor Application and Contract

Vendor spaces are $16 for a 10x10 space. Spaces are assigned; consistent weekly vendors have a permanent space, while new or less frequent vendors are assigned space on a first-come, first-serve basis as available. All vendors must be approved prior to attending their first show.

Call 24 hours in advance if you are going to be absent. Please understand that receiving phone calls the morning of the market is very difficult and should be done only in an emergency.

Products sold in the market must be health related and/or handcrafted. Some product categories may be limited and/or juried. Cross-competition will be monitored by Annie.

Vendors may only sell one type of product (i.e. just pottery or just canned foods). If you plan to sell more than one type of product (i.e. clothing and jewelry) please notify Annie. New items to your stand are subject to prior approval.

There are multiple available unloading areas. Please unload and re-park your vehicle in the designated areas. See the Parking Map (below) for designated unloading and parking areas. Vendors will be provided with a hang-tag; please display it in your vehicle at all times.

While professional appearance is important, there are no display requirements. Tent, umbrella or just a table are all acceptable displays. Please ensure that your space is clean when you leave.

Electricity availability is limited. If you need electricity, please notify Annie. There will be a $5 surcharge for provision of electricity. Generators are only permitted if they are quiet.

Attitude towards your neighbors and clients is a priority. We are a family and supporting each other is important. Anyone who chooses to be uncooperative or disagreeable will be asked to leave immediately.

Set up begins 2 hours prior to show time. See show schedule. You must be set up by show opening and are not to depart prior to show end time unless permission is obtained.

Food vendors are responsible for having required State and Pima County Health Department licenses with you at your stand at all times. The county may do unannounced inspections. The Green Valley Flea Market has its own certified Kitchen that meets County regulations. This kitchen is available for a nominal fee. Please contact Annie if you are interested: 520-207-7994.

Liability is assumed by the vendor. If for any reason a consumer is harmed by your product, you are responsible. The market carries a $2 million liability policy on the property but this does not cover the vendor.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining the appropriate business license and remitting all applicable sales tax.

Failure to abide by these rules may result in dismissal from the market. All decisions, including space assignment and participation, are at the discretion of Annie. Thank you all for your cooperation as always. You are my family and I love you, Annie.
