Vendor Information
Vendor spaces are $16 for a 10x10 space. Spaces are assigned with permanent weekly vendors having a permanent space, and new and less frequent vendors will get spaces on a first-come, first-serve basis as available. Please call if you are going to be absent so we can use your space for the day.
There are five unloading areas to access your space from. Please unload and re-park your vehicle in an outlying area to provide customer parking. Please pay attention to this!
Please try to set your stand as professionally as possible. Appearance is important. It is up to you whether you have a tent or umbrella, or just a table for your display, buy you need to bring it in and haul it out, leaving your space clean.
Attitude towards your neighbors and clients is number one priority. We are a family and supporting each other is important. Help set up a table or put up a tent and make our positive energy infectious. Anyone who chooses to be uncooperative or disagreeable will be asked to leave immediately.
Cross-competition will be monitored by market management. If you feel that decisions are unfair, report it! We will work it out without ill will becoming part of the process.
New items to your stand are subject to prior approval. Try to limit your stand to one theme.
Set up time is 1 to 11/2 hours before opening show time. See show schedule. Please start on time and leave on time so as not to disturb other vendors and shoppers. Report if music performers are too loud.
Food vendors are responsible for having required State and Pima County Health Department licenses with you at your stand at all times. The county can do unannounced inspections.
Liability is assumed by the vendor. If for any reason a consumer is harmed by your product, you are responsible. The market carries a $2 million liability policy on the property but this does not cover the vendor. Vendor beware.
